Returns + Exchanges + Rentals

REFUND POLICY:

NADYA VON STEIN does not offer cash refunds.

Refunds are offered as a credit note or gift voucher. 

LOCAL ORDERS:

All return and exchange requests must be made within 7 working days of receiving the item in order for a return request to be processed.

All items MUST be returned, unworn, in their original condition and with all garment tags attached before any returns or exchanges can be made.

You can exchange your purchased item for another item of the same value.

To ensure that your return is well protected whilst being shipped, we recommend you send your items to us in the original packaging provided.

Customers are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping.

You will receive an email notification once your return has been received and processed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Regrettably, we cannot accept exchanges or returns on International orders.
It is our goal that you love your purchase, so feel free to contact us with any questions you have before ordering or after receiving your garments, and we’ll be happy to help!

RENTALS:

Each piece from NADYA VON STEIN Resort & Bridal is made to order with care and quality, crafted from organic materials, and ethically handmade, each and every thread forming part of a wearable art piece. Operating a made to order system, we ensure we are not overproducing and potentially contributing to clothing waste by only producing what is desired by their customer. 

Once a purchased has been made from our online store you are prohibited to rent out our garments as a private lender.

By purchasing on our online store you as a customer automatically agrees to all the terms and conditions stated above.
